Live Animal Shipping Because we ship live puppies, delivery is handled differently from standard merchandise. Each shipment is arranged individually with a professional pet shipping service or airline cargo program that specializes in live animal transport, in compliance with IATA Live Animal Regulations and destination country requirements.
Where We Ship We currently ship to the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, the United Kingdom, Germany, and France. If your country isn't listed, contact us at xiongge.coton@outlook.com to check if shipping can be arranged.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, required health certifications, crate requirements, and airline/carrier fees, and will be confirmed with you before your order is finalized. Listed shipping rates are estimates; final costs may be adjusted based on your specific location and current carrier pricing.
Preparation Time Before shipment, each puppy must pass a veterinary health check and, depending on destination, may require additional vaccinations, microchipping, or a quarantine period to meet import requirements. Preparation typically takes 1–3 weeks after purchase, though this can vary by destination.
Customs, Import Permits, and Duties Buyers are responsible for confirming and meeting their country's import requirements for live animals, including permits, quarantine periods, and any customs duties or taxes. We will provide necessary export documentation, but cannot guarantee customs clearance timelines, which are outside our control.
Delivery Depending on destination and arrangement, delivery may be via flight nanny (in-cabin or accompanied), airline cargo with pickup at a designated airport, or in-person handover. Specific arrangements will be confirmed with you after purchase.
Delays Live animal shipping can be affected by weather, airline schedules, customs processing, and health/documentation requirements. We will keep you informed of any delays but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
