Welcome to Xiongge Cotondetulear Club ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Nature of Our Products We sell purebred Coton de Tulear puppies, which are living animals, not standard retail merchandise. Each puppy listed is a unique individual; availability may change without notice once a puppy is sold or reserved.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to purchase from us. By placing an order, you confirm you are able to provide appropriate care, housing, and legal ownership for a dog in your jurisdiction.

3. Pricing and Payment All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required before a puppy is prepared for shipment or handover. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by a pricing or listing error, with a full refund issued in such cases.

4. Health and Documentation Each puppy is examined by a veterinarian prior to shipment and comes with available health records and vaccination documentation. Buyers are responsible for confirming the import/export and quarantine requirements of their destination country prior to purchase.

5. Shipping and Delivery Live animal shipping is arranged according to destination-specific regulations and may involve additional handling, documentation, or quarantine fees not included in the listed price. Estimated delivery timelines are not guaranteed due to the nature of live animal transport, customs, and airline schedules.

6. Transfer of Ownership Ownership of the puppy transfers to the buyer upon full payment and handover to the shipping carrier (or in-person pickup). We are not responsible for the puppy's care, health, or safety after this point, except as covered under our Refund Policy.

7. Returns and Health Guarantee All sales are final. Our health guarantee for major contagious illness is governed separately by our Refund Policy. No other refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, transport, or ownership of a puppy, including but not limited to behavioral issues, injuries, or costs incurred after delivery.

9. Intellectual Property All content on this site, including photos, text, and branding, is our property and may not be copied or used without permission.

10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of the buyer's country apply.

11. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
